The edge of the Greene County Courthouse can be seen in the left-foreground and the church steeple is that of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
Mary Beth Pastorius, local historian, contributed that the first structure south of the alley on the right is the blacksmith shop of Joseph Wiley Jr., the brother of her great-great-grandfather James Wiley. The building on this site as of 2012, is Baily Insurance and was earlier the first location of First Federal.Collection
