Looking north from High Street toward the Commons (later the parks) in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania. On the upper-left is Union School, later known as North Ward. The Commons Cemetery is in front of the school. The church on the upper-right is the old Cumberland Presbyterian, also known as the "Church on the Hill." It was built in 1832 on what became Wayne Street.
