Waynesburg (taken from Waynesburg College looking south over the Commons toward High Street), Greene County, Pennsylvania. In the center, moving from left to right, we can see the steeple of the Presbyterian Church (destroyed 23 December 1925 in the Downey House fire), the cupola and roof of the Greene County Courthouse, the steeple of the Methodist Episcopal Church on Washington Street, and the cupola of the Downey House.
