The house featured most prominently in this image is Sayers Manor, which was located on the southeast corner of Wayne and Morris Streets in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania. It was named for the Lewis Wetzel Sayers Sr. family who lived there in the late 1800s - early 1900s. The property had formerly belonged to Alfred Brashear and Margaret Kerr (Bell) Miller, early leaders of Waynesburg College.
