Former home of the Jesse Livingood and Rachel (Jones) Livingood family in Morris Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania. The family is in Morris Township in the 1850, 1860, and 1870 Censuses. They later relocated to Center and ultimately Richhill Townships.
In the photo album of Sara (Livingood) Buchanan, the picture is captioned as the birthplace of her father, John Madison Livingood [1872-1945], in Morris Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania. John was the son of Jesse Livingood & Rachel Jones.

The Livingood Series photographs were passed from John Madison Livingood [1872-1945] and his wife, Frances L. Cook [1887-1926], to their daughter Sara (Livingood) Buchanan to her granddaughter Candice Lynn Buchanan who owned and shared the photographs with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2008.
