DigitalNotes/Remarks
Though this album was scanned in the order found, it's original order was not intact. Numerous identified photo slots lay empty due to an earlier viewer having removed them. Other photos were slid into slots where they may not have originally been placed. Identified names of missing photos include: Brown, Clovis, Driver, Fry, Granlee, Hennen, King, Moore, Patton, Phillips, Spragg, Stewart, Wells.
The photograph is in a Carte-de-Visite size photograph album donated by Erma (Roberts) Nichols - wife of Albert M. "Bert" Nichols. Based on identified names, the album appears to be from the Nichols family. Albert M. "Bert" Nichols [1881-1943] was a son of Josephus S. Nichols and Emma Florence Spragg.
The album is archived at the Greene County Historical Society (918 Rolling Meadows Road, P.O. Box 127; Waynesburg, Pennsylvania 15370). Researched and digitized for the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project between 2005-2011.Notes
