Ten Mile Creek flooding, near the Waynesburg & Washington railroad tracks, in West Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania. High flood waters encircle a wooden derrick. Handwritten inscription on back of photograph reads, “Ten Mile & WW Rail [corner of photo broken away here, writing gone with it] / Smoke Stack Towers [broken corner] / Mar 19[broken corner].” Donated to the Waynesburg University Paul R. Stewart Museum by Walter Bruce. Original, no photographer listed.
