Charles Hedge Ganiear [1871-1908] driving J. H. Ganiear & Son wagon - husband of Nora Wood, son of John Hayes Ganiear and Matilda Josephine Hedge. J. H. Ganiear & Son was a furniture and undertaking business located on East High Street in Waynesburg, Greene County, Pennsylvania. The proprietors were John Hayes Ganiear [1847-1925] and his son, Charles Hedge Ganiear [1871-1908]. After Charles's death in 1908, John Hayes Ganiear sold the business to the Huffman family. Original, no photographer listed.

The Charles Wood Ganiear and Lori Melanie (Campo) Ganiear Collection photographs were passed from Nora (Wood) Ganiear [1878-1974] to her grandson, Charles Hiram Ganiear, to his son and daughter-in-law, Charles Wood Ganiear and Lori Melanie (Campo) Ganiear, who owned and shared the photographs with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2014.
