The Elizabeth Florence (Patton) (Vickers) Teasdale Collection was passed from James Slocum Patton [1854-1918] and his wife, Anne (Griggs) Patton [1860-1929], to their daughter Elizabeth Florence (Patton) (Vickers) Teasdale [1899-1981] to her son James Edward Vickers [1930-1986] and his wife, Ida Jean (Hand) Vickers [1941-2014], to their granddaughter Jamie Lynn Nelson who discovered the box labeled "Vickers - Patton - Griggs - Teasdale Photos" in her grandmother's closet.
