The Catherine Miranda (Staggers) Bowlby Collection photographs were acquired and preserved by friends of the Bowlby family who owned and shared the photographs with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2005. Ownership information has been kept private upon request. Catherine Miranda (Staggers) Bowlby [1855-1941] was the wife of Sebastian Bowlby, and the daughter of Lisbon Leander Staggers [1820-1909] and his first wife, Eliza Jane Mooney [1820-1864].
