Scope and Content

This is an ornate, antique album that features the family of Henry Dreier [1844-1917] and his wife, Sophia M. (Tennemire) Dreier [1849-1920], who were German immigrants that ultimately settled with their children in Nineveh, Morris Township, Greene County, Pennsylvania. The album has been preserved and scanned in original order. The album was purchased at auction in Washington County, Pennsylvania, by Leona Gayle (Walker) Mankey who passed it to her daughter Mary Caroline (Mankey) Beddow, the current owner, who shared the album with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project in 2005.
