Black silk capelet. Standing collar, 3 1/2", with two layers of silk. The top ribbon is of silk satin, pleated, above a layer of black silk fabric with a pinked edge. Two silk satin ties with fringed edges at the neck. Fastens half way down the front with three hooks and eyes. There are seven lengths of black satin cord passementerie.
