First Building of 1st Congregational Church at Main and Moss Streets, Oregon City. The dedication 18 Aug 1850 was the first formal dedication of a protestant church in Oregon and may have been the first on the Pacific Coast. The parsonage at the right was built in 1883. In 1890 the first church building was moved to the rear of the lot and incorporated into the new building.
