New Clipping on back - "This Finnish locomotive has been donated to Portland Railroad museum by Finnish national railways. Only problem is arranging transportation from Helsinki to Portland for 1906, wide-gauged engine. One hundred pound scale model of 56-ton locomotive is being rushed here for display at annual Finnish picnic Aug. 10 at Oaks Park."
