Scope and Content

A small collection of four photographs of the Texaco Station scanned in from Marjorie Blume Anderson. The Texaco station was formerly located on Montauk Highway on Napeague stretch. Marjorie's father, William Blume, purchased the station in 1956. The name on the sign came from the father's deli in Ridgewood, Queens.
