Scope and Content

A collection of seven black-and-white photographs of new buildings and developments in Montauk, New York in the 1970s. Photographs were taken by Carol Morrison, a longtime Montauk resident, environmental activist, and former president of the Concerned Citizens of Montauk. The photographs show new construction, construction debris and digging for a few locations throughout Montauk town.
