Ceilings: 6 1/2 feet high. Small fireplace in living room with white mantle and uprights. One story.
William Dunning inherited the house from his grandfather, James Dunning, who bought it from the son of William Alexander. William Alexander came from Ulster, Ireland with the Robert Temple Colony and settled in Topsham, but then moved to Harpswell.Collection
