A B/W photographic view of two women, Katherine and Florinda Stover, sitting on door step. Built in 1816 Location was near the end of Sunset Rest Road and was a sow place with as many as thirty visitors a day from all over the US and Europe in the summer for its antiques and especially its unusually old and beautiful collections of china. Two maiden sisters, daughters of Isaac, last lived there. Katherine, 1819-1916, did the outside work. When the house became unoccupied it was completely vandalized.
