Framed B&W photo of the Brunswick Automobile Owners, 1913. A card in the lower right corner identifies the subject. (See also Notes.) It shows 22 cars in front of the Lincoln Building. 90-102 Maine Street. Lincoln Building businesses shown: James F. Will & Co.; Drygoods & Carpets; Webber's Studio; Day's Shoe Store; Eaton Hardware Co. with a sign in the doorway for Crawford Cooking Ranges and Motor Gasoline. The sign for Bodwell the Clothier is partially hidden behind a tree so that the EL is hidden. Other signs visible: P.P. Leclair merchant, Tailor/Repairing, Pressing, Cleaning and Dying; Caron Watchmaker with a pocket watch sign out front (the time is 8:17); 2 awnings for Wilson's Drug Store; Pejepscot National Bank; and Topsham & Brunswick 25cent Savings Bank. The frame is wide, flat wood painted black, with grooves on the outer edge. Overall size: 52.75 cm h x 105 cm w x 2 cm d.
