Description

Four horses drawing an old stagecoach. Sign at top reads "Airport 3:30 pm Today/First Air Mail from Brunswick via 1847 Stagecoach, & 1938 U.S. Mail Plane." This coach appeared in the Brunswick Bicentennial Parade. Note on accession documentation reads, "4 horses drawing a wagon with back end to sign (sic) saying Air Mail. Bicentennial Parade." Undated
