Description

A sepia toned photograph of the 150th Anniversary of Brunswick parade of horse-drawn vehicles representing the portion of the parade titled "Early History of Brunswick." From right to left the floats are titled "The Minute Man," "Old Fashioned Loom," " "The Spinning Wheel," "The Capture of Molly Phinney" and "The Pejepscot Canoe Club." The parade is traveling south on Maine Street, past the Tontine Hotel and the lower portion of Park Row. The Benjamin Orr house (now the Pumpkin House) is visible next to the Tontine Hotel. Dated 06/13/1889.
