Description

A color photographic view of a quilt at a PHS exhibit. The quilt did not belong to PHS. It was made by Ethel S. Douglas Alexander in 1942. She intended to make three of these quilts for her sons who were in the military. She only managed to make this one before she died. This photo was published 3/13/1992.
