A 12 page (not including covers) scenic view book published circa 1912 by F. Jay Haynes. The color lithographics, 9 -1/4 / x 6-3/8" are glued to black heavy paper 13-1/2"x9". The pages are secured to the paper binding with a cotton cord. The front cover is embossed with "Yellowstone Park", "Haynes" and the image of the Old Faithful Geyser. In ink is written "Yellowstone Park 1890". The date of 1890 is known to be an inaccurate notation because the album has an image of the new Grand Canyon Hotel which was built in the winter of 1911/1912.Create Date
