A Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel dinner menu, dated Sunday July 24th, 1921, was published in a double sided postcard (3.5"x5.5") format . This light violet font printed menu is illustrated with Haynes family photographs of the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel, the Old Faithful Geyser, the Lower Falls and Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone and Jupiter Terraces, Mammoth Hot Springs. The postcard menu, overprinted with "Welcome B.P.O.E" on the front cover, was not addressed and not mailed.
