This double sided dinner menu (4.25" x 8.5"), printed in black and red font, was issued for dining in the Mammoth Springs Hotel on July 27, 1954. A photograph (photographer unknown) of elk grazing in a meadow was used to provide the menu's illustration. Concessionaire information is printed on the back of the menu.
