A line of fishing vessels tilt to one side or the other as the rest on a sandy beach while men and children stand and play nearby. A wide expanse of Gloucester Harbor provides a tranquil background, and may indicate Pavilion Beach as the setting. While the sky might suggest a sunrise scene, sky effects in postcards are usually the invention of a colorist.Subject Place
