A view of the Oceanside Hotel at the corner of Lexington and Hesperus Avenues in its very early days after an initial expansion of the original Perkins House.
The accession record indicates 1889, as does another Cox photograph at Item #358 showing the hotel in a substantially more advanced state of expansion. It seems likely this would be earlier 1880's.
