Description

This early photograph of the Oceanside Hotel from a distance beyond the intersection of Lexington and Hesperus Avenues, captures the undeveloped state of Magnolia Point at the time. The hotel has undergone substantial expansion to the east, doubling the size of the original Perkins House from which it originated. Date is likely early 1880's?
