Description
The area around 406 Summer Street where the road crosses Wolf Trap Brook is a good topographical match for this image, which would be on the route from the Magnolia train depot at the end of Manchester's Magnolia Avenue, just after the left turn onto Summer. However, the photograph appears on a different card with a 1903 Copyright and naming the location "Dana's Woods" (see supplemental picture below). The Dana estate was farther to the east toward Manchester, around 225 Summer St.
