This northerly view up Washington Street shows a trolley car on the tracks at right and a horse and wagon at left, approximately where Mechanics Place leads to the west. Quarry street opens to the right just beyond the large white building in the right foreground, which remains standing today. On the center horizon in the distance is the Methodist Church, also standing, though sorely neglected.Postcard Details
