1). The mental capacity, the temperament and inclination to confront complexities.

Practical intelligence/tacit knowledge (hard to articulate; difficult to pass on; cannot be taught).
3). Thinking more in tasks accomplished than hours spent.
4). to delegate as many consequential tasks as one can.
5). Do not overplan. Approach important tasks with general strategy in mind and assume that decisions become clear as events unfold.
6). Awareness that at the end of the day profit and profitability is what counts for the Bank.
