Dear Ursula an Stuart,
I have a notebook where I write quotes or paste paper clippings that apply to my mood.
When I was going through a difficult period in November 1986, I wrote the above page in my diary.
In fact it is not a diary. I am not writing soul-searching long comments about the cruel world witch I have to cope. If that page can still produce a smile on your face, you are still OK.
You know what's really important?
Imagine you only have one year left to live. The places you want to visit and the people you want to see, as well as the book, you have chosen to read again and other things you want to do in that imaginary year, are of great importance, despite the time constraints.
