Dea Andrew,
Just a scribble by regular mail. I thought I had your email address, but my emails to you were returned "undelivered". Send me an email and I will automatically have your correct email address.
Last Sunday, Vera and I attended a private viewing of the film "Serengeti Symphony", directed by Hugo Baron van Lawick, who was married to Jane Goodall for 10 years.
Mr and Mrs Nick van Aalst were also present at the private viewing, but we did not meet each other. I heard through the grapevine that it is still in the West Deutsch Landes Bank, but now in Amsterdam. Rijnt de Vos is terminally ill: cancer.
The other day I had a lunch with Andrea (former secretary at the Lloyds Bank Rotterdam) . She works two days a week. She gained a little weight; her hair is orange in color and there is over a pound of makeup on her face. With her "joy de vivre", she doesn't care. Of course we discussed the Monica Lewinsky affair with the US President Bill Clinton.
Even more shocking is the fact that the respected American President Thomas Jefferson (1742-1826) still had a marital relationship. When French President François Mitterrand arrived in heaven in 1996, he was able to exchange thoughts with Jefferson about their experiences.
