Aadje Stuart blijft de EU blameren. "I prefer not to dwell too much on matters concerning the tedious developments on Brexit and prior years' history." Hij ontwijkt dat de oorzaak van Brexit 'Bad Government' is."It is a great pity that the EC has chosen to defy the outcome of the Referendum, (the blame-game). Quote: "One has to assume that the (unelected) senior EC officials in Brussels etc.", echter Mevrouw May "is unelected as well." Van: Stuart Cook [email protected]> Onderwerp: YOUR MAIL OF 11 MARCH Datum: 20 maart 2019 om 11:46:02 CET Aan: Adriaan Dirkzwager <[email protected] Good Morning, Adriaan I prefer not to dwell too much on matters concerning the tedious developments on Brexit and prior years' history. Our politicians are in deep disarray not helped by having an incompetent Prime Minister who should never have been appointed in the first place. The sooner she is replaced the better though by whom one has to wonder. My personal wish has, as you well know, been for the UK to leave the EU and long term I still believe this to be the best course of action and it is a great pity that the EC has chosen to defy the outcome of the Referendum, albeit the very close final count. One has to assume that the (unelected) senior EC officials in Brussels, in their response to Britain's choice of withdrawal, have to be mindful of the impact on the future of the Union resulting from the withdrawal of one of its leading members, but a more mature/grown-up attitude on their part, and admittedly a far more business-like and better prepared performance by the British government, could surely have resulted some time ago in a sensible parting of the ways. I can only imagine how much Mr Putin is enjoying the situation. Let us hope that this charade completes sooner rather than later....and so far as this country is concerned with a new Prime Minister and a properly functioning government Keep fit, Adriaan, and all the best, Stuart Cartoon punchline "You have arrived at your destinationn Brexit." drawing: PM Theresa May drives her car into a dead-end street. Van: A D. Whatever it is, her critics are against it.
