A striking industrial steampunk table lamp created from an original cast-iron base and copper-toned reflector dish, originally part of a vintage heating or spotlight unit. The piece retains its embossed “PATENTS PENDING L493”, indicating an early production run or prototype model from the mid-20th century industrial period.
The lamp has been professionally converted to mains electric at some point in the past and fitted with an Edison-style bulb, producing a warm atmospheric glow. Its combination of cast iron, aged copper, and protective wire-cage frame gives it a bold steampunk aesthetic ideal for loft, studio, workshop, or statement interior décor.
