Beautiful vintage lacquered wooden box featuring a rounded, domed form with a fitted lid and richly detailed hand engraved decoration. Deep black lacquer, intricately etched with symmetrical floral and foliate motifs in a traditional style often associated with South Asian or Kashmiri craftsmanship. Likely mid to late 20th century, these decorative boxes were commonly used for keepsakes, jewellery, or table presentation. A striking decorative piece combining craftsmanship and function, ideal for collectors or as a unique interior accent.
