A signed and dated crystal vase by American designer Gerald Gulotta, produced in 1987 for Atlantis Cristal, Portugal. Gulotta, a professor at Pratt Institute and noted industrial designer, was known for his elegant, functional glass forms. His work for Atlantis in the 1980s represents a blend of modernist clarity and refined craftsmanship. The piece is hand-signed on the base: Atlantis 87 / G. Gulotta.
