MID–CENT–MAD Recycle, Reuse, ReLove! Please make an offer via the ‘Questions’ panel below Thank you for your support of a purely NZ-owned small business A charming and highly collectible Murano sommerso glass mouse decanter, crafted in Italy in 1969 by renowned glassmakers Ferro & Lazzarini. Commissioned by Drioli for their Cherry Wine series, this figural bottle is a striking example of mid-century Italian glass artistry. The piece features an amber-orange sommerso body with green highlights, applied clear ears, and vivid blue glass eyes. Both the original Drioli foil label and a partial Murano label remain intact, confirming its authenticity. These figural Drioli decanters were produced in limited runs for export, often with whimsical animal forms, and are now highly sought-after by collectors of Murano glass, mid-century design, and spirits memorabilia.
