A striking mid-century Empoli glass lidded dish in a vivid green hue. The lid features a distinctive circus tent-like design, and the body stands on a twisted clear glass stem. This piece is an excellent example of Empoli art glass, produced in the Tuscany region of Italy during the 1950s–70s.
