Striking mid-century modern charger from the Delphis range by Poole Pottery, England. Produced circa 1960s–70s, this vivid abstract design features a central starburst motif in bold red, orange, and olive-green tones, finished with distinctive black feathering. The piece bears the classic Poole backstamp with dolphin mark and painted decorator's cypher. Delphis ware was known for its freeform modernism and expressive glaze techniques, making each piece unique.

C O N D I T I O N:
Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks. Fine age-related crazing is visible across the glazed surface, consistent with mid-century earthenware. Two small (approx. 2mm) patches on the reverse side appear to be marks from a previous display mount. Please refer to the photos for full condition details.
