An early 20th-century Carnival Glass bowl by Fenton Glass Company, featuring the well-known “Grape and Leaf” pressed pattern. This piece stands on three clear green glass feet and displays a vibrant iridescent finish, with rich tones of gold, purple, and green reflecting across the surface.
The design depicts clusters of grapes and serrated vine leaves in high relief, radiating from the centre. This pattern was a popular motif in American pressed glass during the Carnival Glass era (c. 1907–1930s), and Fenton was among the first to commercially produce this style.
Highly collectible, especially in this colourway and form, this example represents the artistry and innovation of early American decorative glassmaking.
