Twitchell for expansion of the Municipal Electric Light Plant. B. 1923-1931; sidewalk repairs along various streets. Includes a letter from F.W. Vowinckel, M.D., about sidewalk around his property. C. 1827; petition for action against the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, which had caused damage to the roadway of Encinal Avenue D. 1923; abatement of nuisance at 2324 and 2326 Lincoln Ave., owned by W. A. Conneau. E. 1923; abatement of nuisance of an old building and tank at 1429 Sixth St. F. 1923-1932; permit applications for fences exceeding height allowed without permit. G. 1925-1929; widening of Park Street, from San Jose to Lincoln, 1927, and widening and lighting from the Estuary to Buena Vista Ave. Includes letter, on stationery, W. R.
