Description: Large three handled trophy. Engraving in bold type "Crosby Challenge Cup, Free for all Double Scull Race, Alameda Boat Club, Presented by Sumner Crosby, 1910." Interior of the base has incised lettering. "Made and guaranteed by" is above a circular hallmark "Meriden, B. Company" and below that there are three stars, "Rogers Bros. 9141 U.S.A."
Size: 12½" high and 6 3/4" across opening and 6½" across the base.
History of Object: Crosby Challenge Cup, Free For All Double Scull Race, Alameda Boat Club, presented by Sumner Crosby 1910. It is also inscribed with other names of winners 1911, 1912, 1913, 1914, 1915.
