No. 21.128.3 Subject Category: Citizens of Alameda Date or Period: 1920s Object: Photographs, framed Description: a two-sided wood frame with Art Deco style details and bronze finish, with a screw around which the frame can rotate. The frame holds two black-and-white pictures of a young woman before a studio background; the pictures appear to have been taken at the same occasion as the woman is wearing the same outfit. On one corner traces of a green colored gesso-like material can be seen. The frame is closed on the bottom with a panel that can be screwed in; one screw is missing. Size frame: approximately H 10 x W 10 inches. Photos: L 9 x W 7 inches. History of Object: Photos of Wenona Martin, possibly as a wedding photo, in an interesting frame.
