Included in the sale is property located on Broadway, between Eagle and Buena Vista Avenue, known as Pancoast Tract and lots on Lincoln Avenue, between Everett and Broadway. Property is unimproved.
This rare and early booklet was given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued.
