Description: Two rubber stamps mounted on wood backing 6"x5".
Have wooden handles, which are ebonized, metal stamps are nickel plated. A: Right model dated Patent, March 17, 1903. B: Left one says Patent 1899.
History of Object: These old fashioned rubber date stamps used in the 1900’s in the Alameda Post Office.
