Hand-drawn map in sepia-colored ink on linen paper, with information and miniature drawings added in red ink, including a train and house for Mastick Station, and houses for W. White mansion, and 2 unnamed ones. In top right 'Choice Lots For Sale'. Labeled 'B9' in pencil at the bottom right.
Size: L15 1/2 x 14 inches.
History:
Subdivision map, apparently as base for a sales flyer, of the area between Railroad (now Lincoln) Ave and Atlantic (with Pacific, Buena Vista, and Eagle Ave in between), and Wood, Chapin and Ellis Street.
This collection of maps, etc., found in the attic of City Hall prior to the rehabilitation and seismic upgrades in the late 1990's.
