Size: L-7.0 x W-6.5 inches. History of Object: A greeting card, framed, sent to friends by Mr. and Mrs. Fremont Wood of 1919 Union St., Alameda. Fremont Wood (1860-1937) was an artist by avocation, apparently self-taught. Professionally, he was the Secretary of the Citizens Building & Loan Assn., but his art work dealt with scenes of Chinatown, Spanish missions, and landscapes.
