Description: An American wingback chair with a removable cushion. The chair is upholstered in a cut frisee fabric of a burgundy color; this work was done in 1953 by Lohr Upholstery at 1629 Park St., Alameda. The front feet are machine carved in wood in an imitation hardwood with a mahogany finish.
Size: Seat depth: 22" x W-21" x H(back): 36 inches.
History of Object: Furniture from the residence at 1419 Mound St. that belonged to the Charles Martin family.
