Size Folder: L 14 3/4” X W 9” History of Object: Documents found in the attic of City Hall prior to renovation in the 1990s, pertaining to Railroads, such as complaints about street maintenance by the Southern Pacific R.R., changes in service, including ferry service; changes in location of stops. Includes a map with tracks colored in by hand, and with a summary of the related ordinance, pasted on (26-6), on a map created to reflect taxed property dating prior to 1931. 26-8 is a letter from Geo. Posey, warning that railroad tracks will be removed temporarily to construct the tube.
